A home is rarely air tight, and checking for air leaks is a great way to determine where warm or cool air could be escaping and adding money to your energy bill. In addition to the inspection being completely free, there is never any obligation for the homeowner to use our services if a problem is found. 

If they do decide to use Midwest Renovation to replace their roof, then your group will receive a $200 donation simply for generating that lead to us! For every single roof that gets replaced from your list of homeowners, you will get a $200 donation once the work is complete.
