1. Clean gutters and downspouts. Your gutters will fill up with fallen leaves and sticks. 7. Scrape away any loose paint on trim and touch up paint to give the exterior of your home a fresh look and hide any scuffs.
8. Check heating and cooling systems for proper functionality. Change out air filters and smoke detector batteries throughout your home.
9. Inspect window treatments and screens for tears or cracks. Fill cracks as needed and replace or repair any torn screens.
